Return & Refund policy
Please read our return & refund policy carefully to ensure you can proceed with your request as quick as possible.
Returns
We offer free returns. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. All returns should be sent back to us in their original packaging provided and from the same country to which they were delivered. Items returned from a different country may incur additional charges or be delayed by customs.
You have 15 days from receipt of your order to request your returns number. To request a returns number, please contact us at info@susparsa.com. You will receive your returns number by email. Unsuitable items must then be returned within 14 days of receiving your returns number. A returns number will cover the costs of sending the items back to us. To send the items back to us, you should mail them to SUSPARSA, Route de Malagnou 29, Geneve, 1208, CH.
Returns outside this window may be accepted at our discretion.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange one item for another, you must first return the original item and then place a new order. Above you will find information on how to return your item. You will be refunded for the original item in accordance with the refund process described below.
If you receive an item that is faulty (i.e. received damaged or manufacturing fault) please contact us at info@susparsa.com immediately. We can offer an exchange.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
All successfully returned items will be credited to the original payment method. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
