What types of shipping do you offer?
We offer free standard shipping on orders that meet the following criteria:
- Switzerland on orders over CHF 100. Orders under CHF 100 will be charged CHF 10.
- EU, UK, Ireland, Norway, Sweden, Denmark on orders over CHF 200. Orders under CHF 200 will be charged CHF 35.
- Russia on orders over CHF 300. Orders under CHF 300 will be charged CHF 45.

What is the approximate shipping time?
The approximate shipping time:
- Switzerland: 3-5 business days.
- Western Europe: 4-7 business days.
- Other Europe: up to 10 business days.
- UK: up to 6 business days.
- Russia: up to 7 business days.
- Other countries: up to 10 business days.
What courier companies do you use?
All orders are currently shipped by DHL post service, UPS, and La Poste.
Do you gift wrap?
Our packaging is perfect if your purchase is a gift. All our packaging is eco: eco-responsable poly bags or kraft paper.
Can delivery be contact-free?
Yes, contact-free shipping available to request from your courier upon delivery.
Do you ship to PO Box addresses?
No, we do not ship to PO Box addresses.
Do you ship to hotels?
Yes, we can ship to your hotel.
Can I track my shipment?
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including your tracking number. It's easy to track your order by clicking the tracking link in your shipping email.
Susparsa cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific shipping instructions left for the courier.
